Heirloom Oaks Farm was started in the late 1800’s and is proud to remain a family run, family owned farm!
The original homestead house, buildings & original barn is still intact and standing on our acreage; serving as a reminder of our heritage and those who sowed seed in the soil before us.
We service Chatham Country, NC, and the surrounding area and hope to start offering our full range of services in 2021, including serving select North Carolina farmers markets!
